Our Technology Assessment Process

How we work with you to meet your needs:

In order to most cost-effectively meet your unique information needs, we have in place a well-defined process that may be summarized as follows:

1. A non-confidential description of technology is requested from you and and preliminary scope-of-work is discussed.

2. A team is assembled as required by the nature of the technology and scope of work, and resource allocations and commitments are put into place.

3. Beta-Rubicon enters contract discussions, refining the scope of work and requesting any additional details required to understand fully the technology issues.

4. The fee is determined and the contract negotiated and executed.

5. The work begins as described in the contract with milestones and intermediate go/no-go decision points (if required).

6. The results are reported to you with follow-up as required to ensure that all contractual obligations are fully met.

Important Note:   You own the technology assessment report and have all and exclusive rights to its use.   Beta-Rubicon will not disclose the results to any other party unless specifically directed to do so by you.
