Fees for Services

Our variable fees are based on what you want us to do for you. 

Our contracts are normally offered on a fixed-fee basis. The assessment team and assigned project manager, through detailed consideration of the scope of work developed in close consultation with you, determine the fee for each contract.

Before we accept a contract to undertake a technology assessment, Beta-Rubicon has contract discussions with our potential clients during which we define and mutually refine a scope of work and request any additional details required to understand fully the client's technology issues.   Our fee is determined based on the scope-of-work that our clients have fully vetted.  At that point a well-defined and carefully budgeted contract if offered,  negotiated, and executed.
